Welcome to ToGo Car Services. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding. These Terms govern your use of ToGo’s vehicle pick-up and drop-off services, garage coordination, and customer review platform.

2. Service Overview

ToGo provides vehicle pick-up and drop-off services, coordination with garages for maintenance or repairs, and a platform for customers to share reviews of garages in the UAE. We act solely as a service facilitator and do not perform mechanical repairs ourselves.

3. Booking & Cancellation

– Bookings can be made via our website, WhatsApp, or phone.
– Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up may incur a fee.
– Missed appointments without notice will be charged in full.

4. Pricing & Payment

– Prices may vary depending on location, service type, and garage rates.
– Payment must be made before vehicle return.
– Accepted methods: cash, card, or approved digital payments.
– Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Customer Responsibilities

– Ensure the vehicle is roadworthy and safe at the time of pick-up.
– Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle.
– Provide accurate details about the vehicle and any known mechanical issues.

6. Liability & Insurance

– ToGo is not liable for delays caused by garages, traffic, or unforeseen events.
– We are not responsible for garage workmanship or parts quality.
– We are not liable for pre-existing vehicle damage.
– While in our possession, vehicles are covered by operational insurance for accidents during transport.

7. Third-Party Services

– Garages are independent contractors; ToGo does not control their operations.
– Service disputes must be resolved with the garage directly, unless mediation is offered as part of a premium package.

8. Reviews & User Content

– Customers may post reviews for garages used via ToGo.
– Reviews must be respectful, truthful, and free from offensive content.
– ToGo reserves the right to remove inappropriate reviews.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

– We collect contact details, vehicle information, and service history to provide our services.
– Data will not be sold or shared except to facilitate services or when required by UAE law.
– We comply with applicable UAE data protection regulations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by UAE law, with disputes subject to Dubai court jurisdiction.
